Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was considered among the best athletes. The 2016 Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at one Games and was also the first gymnast to earn three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles, along with her sister Adria as well as her brother Ronald Biles were taken in as infants by their grandparents from Houston. Simone was introduced to gymnastics by her daycare teacher Aimee Borman when she was six years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles achieved a silver medal at vaulting in the year 2010 as well as a bronze at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. She then moved up to competitions at the elite level in the year 2011. In less than two years, she was the most dominant athlete in the field. What set Biles apart was her consistency her fun-loving personality, and the extreme level of challenge she integrated into her routines throughout the four events she competed in: vault uneven bars, balance beam, and floor workout.
